Alisa Premier Cruise Hotel Ha Long

Had a really unforgettable stay for a less popular time, loved staff and food.

It was a really lovely stay, the best I had before. The room was with private balcony & jacuzzi. In the restaurant they served Vietnamese cuisine dishes.

I came here for 1 night and had a really enjoyable stay. Everything was perfect, it had excellent staff and food. I loved having central heating, an electronic key card and a work desk. The large bathroom and the rest was spotlessly clean.

The stuff and food where good, I loved it. Worth every penny view of sea. It was decent, and the bed was really nice. Hotel offered papers in the lobby.

I loved the sand beach and the very nice helpful staff. Bedroom was air conditioned. Lots of food at breakfast like pastries, hot waffles, bangers, eggs and toast. The pool was lovely and the garden — lovely. The location was really handy, at a near distance from boat day trips.

Tasty breakfast, admirable service. Classic double units with a spectacular view over marina. Prime location, 5 minutes' walk to tuan chau harbour. Not to mention fine wifi!

Great value, taking into account other Ha Long's options. Air-conditioned, spotless place and historic area. The views from my twin bedroom were marvellous! Nice interior, huge restaurant.

Fab stay in the mountain area. Accommodation was reasonably spacious and beautiful, beds were exceptionally comfortable. It was nice having a fridge, an electronic key card and slippers.

I would recomand this place to everyone going to Ha Long. Plenty of facilities such as: an electronic key card, a TV set and slippers...

Right place for exploring Ha Long. We appreciated service and drinks, felt like home. Extremely comfortable beds and pillows. Great customer care too. Good choice of food for breakfast, everything was amazing;)))

Overall an amazing experience, would definitely recommend this hotel to all. Air-conditioned property rooms, GREAT staff, especially chef. They have a wide range of meals to choose from, the food is fantastic.
